By using or accessing BadTenants.co.uk (hereby referred to as .the site.) or any sub-domain thereof, or by using any services of the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the privacy policy of BadTenants.co.uk. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement you may not use or access any part of the site or its services. BadTenants.co.uk reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time and may modify, suspend or terminate the site or any of its services for any reason or no reason, without notice. Your continued access to the site means that you agree to be bound to the most current version of the terms and conditions of use.

Description of Services
BadTenants.co.uk is an open medium designed for landlords who wish to avoid bad tenants. Members can post information based on previous experiences allowing other members to avoid similar mistakes. You are solely responsible for all information that you submit to the site and any consequences that may result from your post. BadTenants reserves the right to refuse or delete posts that are believed to be inaccurate or inappropriate.

Data Protection
In accordance with the data protection act you agree to the following terms:

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all content you submit to the site or provide to the service. You agree not to pass on or sell any information found on the site to any third party. Any information posted on the site must be complete, accurate, up to date and not misrepresented.

You as a landlord agree that your tenants have signed and agreed a contract stating that the tenant has agreed to his or her information being posted on the site. Should you wish to post such content; photographic evidence must accompany any information referring to damages or infringements.

Tenants have the right to view and appeal all information which refers to them specifically. If found to be inaccurate; data will be removed without notice. You agree that any non-compliance, which includes but is not limited to posting inaccurate information, may be penalised by a fine of £100 per tenant which will be paid to BadTenants.

Member Conduct
As a member of BadTenants.co.uk you agree not to:

Post offending or sexually explicit material.
Invade another user.s privacy. This includes revealing another user.s password, phone number, address or any other personally identifiable information.
Create an account under false information or create multiple accounts for malicious purposes.
Upload pictures or other files containing viruses or any other code designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware or equipment.
Post irrelevant material such as advertisements or any other unrelated content.
